Some files can cause your problem if some old NO-IP is mixed with version.dll or any other "old" No-IP fix like a moded dbghelp.dll etc
So in your bin file should only 1 No-IP fix /file

Re-download the files in the client\Objects\pc folder (for clients up to version 5.0) or client\Objects\pc2 (for clients higher than 5.0)

in the folders:

• Objects\pc\df\mesh
• Objects\pc\dm\mesh
• Objects\pc\lf\mesh
• Objects\pc\lm\mesh

If you had all the files, it wouldn't show you were missing textures.

Download these folders from another version, like 4.8 or 4.9.

Live server? This is 11 years old last updated server source.. Trying always worth but only to make bugs corrections yourself . There is if I remember well more decent update with some fixings reworked by mobius..
