It doesn't make sense. Why would one shoop it? It's so easy to just make a small program that makes a messagebox pop up. And the OP seems to know some programming.

Edit: He just moved the messagebox fast or something. It's not shooped. Then again, I don't see how that screenshot can prove anything.

It doesn't matter Lucifer, on Vista, all windows have a little background dropshadow, his is missing half of it. Even if you move fast its there.
