Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Fixed it forgot the copy over the wdb and the fdb folder to runewaker folder.....

Seems like you dont have wdb and fdb. Copy them into C:\Runewaker\Resource
