I don't really think friendliness is a requirement, just in general not being rude or a "flamer", or just being constructive with your posts, seems more realistic, although friendliness might be a plus/bonus, but generally I agree with you.

To add to what you said:

6. A overall good reputation
7. Knowledge of the forum and section rules
8. Preferably hardly any infractions (Not an "offender)

I just want to point something out.
It is not easy to become a Moderator here, this is not a small forum. To become a Moderator here you have to have good knowledge of the selection, have a good reputation, been here for a while, so on.. I don't think you know what your going into..:scared:

Neoexdeath05's English isn't "broken" to the point where he isn't understandable, otherwise you wouldn't be able to make sense of what he's saying in this thread.

Secondly I personally have made people like Neoexdeath05 a Moderator before, and they've been successful. So let me ask you planks this, why are some of you who have no idea what it takes to be a Moderator stamping on this guys head so much? Quoting the requirements that need to be met to join the Moderating team doesn't mean you know anything at all, it just means you can read so wow congratulations!

Lastly, regardless of whether your for or against this guy being a Mod, ultimately the choice is in the hands of the staff and rambling misfits will just be ignored. Amen.

Actually everything i can say is that you need post count too, because it tells something about your forum activity. As moderator you need communication skills, knownledge of english, activity and your must be neutral between members of RaGEZONE.
