i have mangos and i cant use the AH it`s just like a normal npc :|
Mangos used:MaNGOS 3206 + ScriptDev 2 Rev24 + Honor 0.70

When you say it's just like a normal npc, do you mean that he does not open up the auction window?

If you have MDH "Mangos Database Handler" then load it up, and check the npc's faction, make sure it's correct for him.
