Autopatch Legend of Mir 3

Has someone got autopatch to work ?

I have altered my mir3patch.ini to:

[PATCH_FTP]
ServerIP=my ip
Port=21
userid=user
passwd=user
BaseDirectory=/mir3patch
ListFile=!plist.lst

On the FTP I have a folder called mir3patch, inside I placed:
!plist.1st
Arrow.aco

For testing purposes i removed Arrow.aco from my client

Then I setup !plist.1st as follows:

C 2002-11-15 18:24 1314 Arrow.aco /Arrow.aco

When I run mir3patch.exe I get "Connected successfully" then
"Cannot recieve patch file"

Any help would be greatly appreciated please
