i believe u are mistaken

that version was, to my knowledge, incomplete
and even if it was, it wasn't compatible as a cms since i was told by the original coder if it that it was built for the use of one server only... so no one else could really use it...

hence why i started this development, so people this could turn into an actual cms that people who wanted to use them could

and as for all the talk of hothelper's ability...
so far the development is going well, so i have trust in him that the cms WILL work smoothly

You know the reason it's like that? Backwards compatibility. They used to use sha1, then they implemented sha512 + salt. They can't exactly convert passwords automatically, so they would update from sha1 to sha512 upon the user logging in. There's no reason you should be using sha1, other than laziness.

the music player was coded in flash, which im not good at. it was also copyrighted and people were taking out the copyright which infringes on their terms no? i clearly put in my post not to take it out but people continued to take out the copyright so i edited out the way to get/use it.

mario read my other post about the php backup. i put in it if you were to read, i said

they wanted people to code 100% of the scripts. my entry was denied because i only coded 20% of it while the other 80% was already there. again if you were to read the whole thread you would see the link i used for the script but no you only read what you want to get out of it.

hey0 i was aware of the switch back when OdinMS was still around. it uses sha1 still and while loggin in it converts and changes the salt and all that

eww no its not because i didnt want to work with a team... you were asking nub questions for a CMS dev... if i were to give you the login and logout script you would have no idea on how to use it other then loggin in and loggin out. there more to that then what i said.

Although the "CMS" part of it sounds like it sucks (from what you described it as), the GFX looks amazing!
