It was posted somewhere in the Release section.
btw it was not fully fixed.
The guy that made it put some shits in it. So your spyes wont work

If you are talking about funtravi. The battle system is fixed there.(even in the bugged files that are released)j
If you talking for something else.(Somepeople released the files too)

I have it somewhere on my PC dont know what a fully fixed battle is worth though
