Tryed navicat it just runs for a bit and then gets errors. It uploads like 1/3rd of the db then stops. Anyone can release a clean one would be nice..

Disable strict mode from your MYSQL installation. This also fixes data truncated errors when importing a database.

Yea, as leenster says:

Open the "my.ini" file within the MySQL installation directory and look for
strict mode setting.
# Set the SQL mode to
strict
sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

Replace the setting with:

# Set the SQL mode to
strict
sql-mode="NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

Always check your server logs, apache, IIS, or xamp logs. You can learn a lot from what may not be functioning by seeing where the issues are and resolving them yourself, find and replace missing files, etc.
