How to fix when i upgrade the bike like i will plus it like +1 to 20 nothings happen and cores still on my inventory

You need to put and sync the correct grade on item.scp and item.enc

In item.enc search for bike itemID and look for "grade" change it to corresponding upgrade core "grade" (m 3-4, h 5-7, hh 8-10 AFAIR) then sync it with server's item.scp
