We released the Blackstorm 1.2 database to the public today.

This version of the database is an older version than the one we currently run on our server and we would like to share our content with you. We don't release changelogs, so don't ask for any.

Blackstorm 1.2 is compatible with 1.5.0.

Since our lovely hosts don't allow .torrent files to be hosted, we have uploaded the torrent to the public tracker here:

Download and run Start_Server.exe or just read the How to text file.

okey, I have started start_server.exe file and pressed all the buttons as said in the manual. When I clicked Start WoWemu server I saw "Unregistered version". any ideas?

Triyed that known fix thats posted here somewhere dont remember where do try search.

Whats the difference between community and this server?

3) Click Step 4 (Start WowEmu Server)
if you get a message "Unregistered version", close & exit all windows
then redo Step1 and 3 from this manual. Reason for this is to enable
Start_Server to block permissions on the ASProtect key.

coz i know that ASPprotect thingy only works on winxp (read it somewhere on other forum)

ok guys here is how i fixed it:
open your regedit
go to /HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/ASProtect

rightclick ASProtect chose access or permissions or something like that not sure what it's called in english
and disallow access for all users and system

worked for me
be careful with the regedit it can screw you whole windows

Go to
> start > run

type "regedit" and click "ok"

then go to root
> My computer > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Asprotect

Now Right click "Asprotect" folder and then go to "right of uses (or something don't have english operating system)..." and "(block)" access and click "ok".

Damn people... i get "UNABLE TO CONNECT" message... wtf ? My Firewall show me that there is connection between WOW and EMU... any solve here ?

new error, i cant connect, even if i enter a correct pass/acc, and im connecting to 127.0.0.1, im using wow 1.5.1

how do i connect with my client? I tried creating a shortcut, and adding -console, but i cant seem to get the console down :S

this should work. or edit realmlist.wtf file in WOW dir manually.

could you please tell me how to do this sh*t using telnet? that's why this isn't the proper solution. you just forbid ASprotect to access the registry...
