Blessed Source Character not showing?

Have one character already and tried to create another one but for some reason after I create it, it won't show in the character select screen. My first character does but any new characters I create it doesn't show.
However they are put in the database and the name will be taken. Im so confused, help.

FIXED Myself by re running the DB SQL's and then applying the "Dupe/Character Fix"
