Is the old graphics card integrated?

If so make sure it's disabled and uninstalled before installing and using the new one.

Have you tested the RAM? Meaning one stick at a time?

No it wasn't integrated

And no i haven't tested RAM, but i really doubt it is the RAM because up until this new graphics card i had no problems whatsoever

Just had another 2 blue screens

the second one i noted at the top had

"bad_pool_header"

more importantly did it boot normally the first time after installing the video card, if so maybe the drivers, if not its the video card or your RAM(doesn't matter if both are new or not, still can be the problem)
