Yes its the same server files for ue3 and ue4 just need to change some settings.daemon version 381 i think this daemon same as 2020.

I'm using a different server so the ip is different from what you set up. Try setting it up my way and change your ip
check the ip in vmware's windows and replace it with the client run file ip. Then ping the ip between the server and the client to see if there is a connection?View attachment 256890

(VM has that IP 192.168.200.128)
