they are under ignore shock probably.

Hi I have the same problem with this. I tried to uncheck the "ignore shock" on mob editor but nothing happen.
Other say its in the level editor but I don't know how or what function in level editor to enable the stun effect on boss

check your source, for sure it has been added directly there.

if you do not have the source then you cannot do anything about it,
