can any 1 help me to understand this format of boss regen



i am writing 1 msg like u show in image..
'Diedmage has Spawned'
but in game it comes 2 times like
1st (GM-Warlock : Diedmage has Spawned.)
2nd (GM-Warlock : )
if i write 1 msg then it show only one msg but with that msg this 2nd GM-Warlcok keeps on coming
soo i need to remove this 2nd warlock shout...
or i need to put this 2nd shout on t4 Ranias
it can be possible???

Its just hex editor!

Delete the 2nd message:

Please do the following in the HEX Editor
Find this:

Change to: Please change to 90 all

He has some experience in debugging executables and also has assembly language knowledge. So he found the exact procedure which triggers this and edited it. Then he found the difference between hex values and posted here. (My thinking how he found this out).
