BOTS!! Acclaim Private Server help needed!

I am trying to make a BOTS!! private server with the files from this thread: http://forum.ragezone.com/f857/bots-online-server-files-client-843057/.
The problem is: I am a noob at databases and since there are no guides on how to make a private server for this game around here I would like some extra help.

Can somebody help me with this please? :?:
Also, I don't really know what programs I need for this, I once made a Habbo Retro to check it out, but its not that much.

I managed to get apache running but it still doesn't work properly, the login screen keeps waiting and waiting (Note that the password is a temporary 1234):

Last time when I tryed.. don't worked. I tryed others server files ( from BoutCheetach an older version ) worked, but the client not... so I deleted all and searched another game.
