Bug of HellIce! help me plz Legend of Mir 3

Hi all,

Well in EiServer 2004 i found one bug on HELLICE, when one wizard use this spell some times quicky for attack some mob this mob is become in paralyzed mob permanently.

Anybody can say me what i must edit exactly for repair this bug?

Hellice has always been a bug, the latest files fixed this but how they did it was the spell was in fact IceBall (or whatever you call it) but the look and power of Hellice, this is in the Fanlove server files...
