The account is back up. I had a really good laugh at it. McDonald's also posted a tweet saying that they are not responsible for the hacking. There may be some major fighting now between McDonalds and Burger King. I can guaranteed the McDonalds Corporation had a good laugh at Burger King getting hacked. More business for them l0l.

It's obvious isn't it? I think the most humorous part to all of this is that a mega-corporation's social team has allowed their twitter page to be hacked by relatively unknown crackers. Not to mention the password wasn't obviously that complex. Seems like a good strategy for a page with thousands and thousands of followers.
