Butterfly chatlog not working, no errors being returned.

I am using Butterfly Emu, when I try to view the chat log it just shows me an empty box, like no chat is being added, does anyone know how I can fix this?

It's all commented out, chat isn't logged and the chatlog packet isn't sent.

Also the mod tool is not working. Could you fix that ?
