What's the fastest way to insert & read sql data?

writing a tiny class is pretty easy. u can and should do it yourself. if u kno what exactly u must insert or read it can be very short.
if u want a general solution by working with databases u could use ADO.NET entity framework and mysql connector for .net MySQL :: Download Connector/Net
it provides u the most comfort way without writing even one line SQL, all via LINQ expressions.

You could just write SQL. Dosen't really take up much time.

I'm currently using a mysql connector, but i thought maybe there is a faster way.

Thats pretty much as fast as you're gonna get it. Setting up and using the connection is easy, especially when you know what queries to execute in advance, meaning you can create methods to do one specific thing, rather than one which can be used for everything.
