It tells you what features are missing, thats what you wanted to know.
Adding commands is the easiest thing and doesnt count. (and it has all you need)

Skills need alot of work - and thats what I'm just working on.
I'm checking it for memory leaks etc., usual cleanup + fixes.
I'll really work on skills soon but I have a "development-plan".

Check your msn. Koc is done and Aran cant be done without a maxer but the maxer wont recognize jobs over pirate. It wont even get gm lol.

I've commited little optimizations to login, I'll hopefully be done with the buff crap soon so I can work on stuff again. (eventually skills)

EDIT: Fixed bugs with buffs, doing recovery skills now.

Recovery skills work now (recovery + dragon blood) and changing the guild emblem is fixed.

You cant use mysql server & wampserver, because wamp includes mysql.
So if your going to host a website uninstall mysql and leave wamp.

There should be 2 db's one if mcdb and one is titanms

Your not making characters for people so you only need to create an account. Open Titanms db and go to the users section. Click edit and give them a login and password. If you want them to have a gm account then be sure to change gm from null or 0 to 1. Then they can log in or you can log in and create your character.
