May i see your .bat file for running C9.exe?

I think that error coming from vcredist drivers.

try install vcredist_x86_08_sp1 you can find in your root client or download from here

root gear is your internet router

if you dont know put your router in bridge mode just type in google the name of your router bridge mode.

bridge mode give you your real internet ip to your machine. if your router is not in bridge mode normaly router give you local ip like 192.168.x.x

I have that redist already, I only get Repair and Uninstall options. Any other ideas? Also thanks for your concern, I don't get drunk much it was just from work Christmas party, :). Since this is the first time the issue happen it might be good to try and find how to fix my problem in case others have it too, can pay you $10USD if you get it fixed via TeamViewer for helping the community, as I'll make it into a guide to help others :).

Sure, it wouldn't be the issue though since it runs the same options as the .exe, but here you go:

Does anyone have issues with some item names not appearing? I imagine they're missing from the English translation strings? This is from a drop/quest reward, no character editing has been performed.

ye forgot to say I patched it all the way to 131 and I can get into the map server 9 but Ican't enter the stage
because it asks for some item which I can't seem to get.
which parts of client do I put into server?

think there alot of items like that
i think it's trying to display chinese characters but can't so empty

this tool can be launched using command /admin
but u need to have the right privilidges for full admin to bring up this window
btw there are some procedure in c9unity related to admin and table of schema c9Unity.admin.
especially that table control user/grant
so maybe its control from there , i dnt know
