i'm trying in W7 X64 and VM WXPpro SP2 X86 with all frameworks, 1.1, 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 ...4.5 :S

To compile you can use VS 2010 and change the architecture from any cpu to x86 then it will compile. (im not sure about the framework requirements since i already deleted it and im lazy to download again to check it)

I tried yours, its same stopped working. maybe i have missing framework need to install. FYI im using x64

Hmmm wierd im using x64 too and it works. Try to compile as i said above.
