Keep in mind I made this website long time ago, you might want to improve or update it.

I don't have time to provide support.

It contains some features such as:

• Authentication (Login/Register)
• Donations through PayPal IPN
• Ranking
• Add Stats
• Change Nation
• Vote

... and some other stuff I don't remember.

I used WampServer 3.2.3 and PHP 7.4 for development.
No idea for Xampp.

there is no supported file download from the owner. because this is only leaked and the owner only to sell not to share as free.
