Changing only the folder name does not change the actual supported language. You try testing OPT, it is still 0B.

Just need to hook g_LanguageOpt = 0x00CDA4A9 to set it on 0x02 for English folder

or yes you can set directly on OPT file

without modifying g_LanguageOpt or opt file, it will still use 0x0B until the value changes to 0x02

Language change has nothing to do with internal.txt
internal.txt is bound to parameters things like breaklee.

It doesn't work, you have to put the files inside the Chinese folder because when you put it there is an error and it fails, files are missing.

Unpack the ENC files and fix the version index and repack them using the default xor. I assume you copy pasted the english folder from a different client which uses different xor then what this client is using.
