language.enc file, so that you still can not get
connection on my server.

does anyone know to solve this

Ok I had the same problem a while back.

Just edit this file under WinSCP and just enter your own IP address.
!!DO NOT DELETE ANY OTHER THINGS IN THE FILE!!
