Hola, no se si se permite crear hilos en español, pero como vi varios pues yo creo el mio.
Bien los pasos para cambiar los rates son los siguientes:
1.coger el archivo npcdata.txt de la carpeta scripts.
2.abrirlo con el block de notas y guardarlo como ANSI en vez de como UNICODE.
3.cargarlo con la herramienta de modificación de los rates NPCRateChanger.exe (podeis buscarla por el foro).
4.ejecutar el cambio de rates
5.coger el archivo resultante que esta en ANSI, volver a abrirlo con el block de notas y guardarlo con archivo UNICODE con el nombre npcdata.
6.sustituir el archivo resultante en la carpeta scripts del servidor.
Estos pasos modifican los rates, pero en la version c4 que yo uso no lo hace correctamente, ya que da errores al arrankar el servidor y no carga todos los npcs.
Es posible que para versiones c3, c2 o c1 funcionen correctamente.
Si alguien tiene mas informacion sobre el tema agradeceria que comentase como cambiar los rates correctamente para la c4 off.

Hello, not if it is allowed to create threads in Spanish, but as I saw several because I create mine. The steps to change rates well are the following ones:
1. npcdata.txt file of the folder scripts.
2. with block of notes and to keep it like ANSI instead of like UNICODE.
3.with the tool of modification of rates NPCRateChanger.exe
4. change of rates
5. the resulting file that this in ANSI, to return to open it with block of notes and to keep it with file UNICODE with the npcdata name.
6. the resulting file in the folder scripts of the server.
These steps modify rates, but in the version c4 that I use does not do it correctly, since it gives to errors when arrankar the servant and nonload all npcs. It is possible that for versions c3, c2 or c1 work correctly. If somebody has but information on the subject agradeceria that it commented like correctly changing rates for c4 off.
