Can I change the name of Jobs on my MapleStory Private?

Hey everybody. Its very important to me change the name of Jobs on MapleStory private Server, and I don't know where I have to change it. Can someone help me?
For example:
'Thief' change to 'Gatuno'
'Warrior' change to 'guerreiro'

Well that's because the string in the client cannot hold more memory. So there isn't really a way to make a longer name.
