Can not start the server

Hello ich need help whith by my problem .
ever wenn i start the cast server and all another server bekom im the error report:

Syntax error converting datetime from character string.

[critical Error]SP_SIEGE_INFO_R call fail

can anybody help me :/:

This ain't a problem that's kind of "normal"
You should be able to connect cause it says ur server is connected i had it on my own server and it worked fine even with that critical error

Critical errors are not fine, the server may run but you will probably notice CSW doesn't work or something because of this error.
