That is generally where a 'password encryptor' would go in a registration website for most HabboHotel CMS's. Most Likely he is trying to steal code from some website. (Just a guess)

And without knowing where it comes from, what it is supposed to do, and several more details, this would be stupid-hard to decode.

There are no Habbo CMS's that use eAccelerator, as far as I'm aware. Not any good ones, anyway.

Didnt mean HabboHotel specifically, but I have seen quite a few CMS's popup recently using it. Just noticed that he played HabboHotel/had a server, and made a guess.

As Jonteh said, this will be near-impossible to decode, so you might aswell try to make your own code knowing what their code is supposed to do without seeing it, and trying to emulate it.
