Cannot connect ingame *neuz problem?*

Hi y'all.

I just want to solve this problem. And I don't got any idea how to fix this problem. Because I never had a problem like this one and I'm using Max98's files. The free bug ones. This one --> click me.

Problem

When I'm running the run.bat to start the neuz.exe it take a while, until neuz coming up. 8-12 sec. And when the login screen I enter my account/pass and clicking login. Neuz doesn't answer and says " Cannot connect ingame ". But I already runned the all 7 exes without a problem!

Yeah I do. But when i'm typing in my acc/pass the neuz doesn't respond and says "cannot connect to the network". And when i'm going to run the RUN.bat to start the neuz, the neuz starts after 8-12 secs.
