Cannot connect to game

Hey maybe you guys have had this problem before
my server files are all correctly configured everything is perfect
i have reshacked my neuz and put my ip in it and changed the port to 5400 (same as server files)
i try logging in it just says,

i have no idea what the problem could be :/ any ideas anyone ?

That one has something to do with the Loginserver (not sure if you're setup for local or not, but the port is 28000).
