Cannot connect to H3db.. complicated problem

I have tried everthing in the previous Thread posted.. i thought there would be some "serious" problems with this.. i want to know all the possibilities about this problem... if there is no go .. then ill post all screen shots of my DB .. Server.. ini files.. plz post if you have any solution for this..
