Can't connect locally...

I've had a webpage for quite a while, and everyone can connect just fine except me, in the local computer. Why does this happen?

try ip:
127.0.0.1

My guess is you typed in your own ip in the browser. That won't work..Either use 127.0.0.1 as Mr.X said, or use localhost instead of ur ip.
