Can't make Mangos go live online

Hi, I Just got a repack from one the users in here, I can play just fine using localhost, I made an account with no-ip.com so my IP gets updated all the time, changes the data on mangos, realm and the script files, and still not luck... Any ideas why is not goin throu? i'm using Windows XP and Mangos rev 30 i belive its called also XAMP, Thanks in advance.

Are you behind a router?

If so you need to forward ports to allow access to the server....

Have you changed the settings to your WAN or your noip url instead of 127.0.0.1?

yes, I have done that, I just dont know the whole apache process, do i need to set something aside?
