CDM map pop-error code

Does anyone got encounter this error?
I have tested change MapID and GateID but same error pop-up when enter the map. Tested in CDM time also have this error popping-up.
Anyone know how to solve this error ?

this is happen because u cannot save points on that area.. and also because u not participate on CDM.
