Change Language English to Chinese Client

Hello everyone. How can i change all language to English to Chinese version ( Client ) ? i already tested the converter (tool) selection to

Chinese

but still text is not changing to Chinese .Please help

Manual translation in one of those spreadsheets I guess.
And get a Chinese HTLauncher compatible imo.

Already changed with Htmessage .but still the text is not changing at all .

If you want to change all language in Chinese text you need a HTLauncher that will support Chinese RC . I will upload the whole client that will support Chinese later
