Change Meds Color

someone know how can i change the color of what the meds do afther u use them.. i mean the red light .. i think its on the effect folder of the client but i dont know which one to open .. and i tried all and i dont realy know please any one know?

should be in one of the dat files in effect folder, try decrypt them and look

i know that .. i did change some stuff but i cant find the exactly file.
listen i did find some stuff that look like that and i did edit them with fhoto shop and make them again to dds or gtx and its wasnt works cause it isnt the right effect :S so damn i leave it nvm
