Bro you are on that forum for like almost 17 years.
Just get yourself into tutorials that are in here or just check other items in Item.dec how they are configured to know how to do it.
It's very simple and you seem to never learn anything new from here from past 17 years.

It's not like people don't want to help you. It's more about spoon feeding about every single simple thing.

I know how to do that too but I saw another server that customized it to All Classes Requirement instead of Null Requirement
