char problem with msg "server ident failed, relog please" Mir3

Making an account problem already being solve. and now i can login into my account.
another problem comes out... when i login into my account a pops up comes out with the messages "server ident failed relog please."

and also i can't make a character... when i press make character button nothing happens.

i can't get into the game..

some expert plz help..
