I hope that no one makes a video on how to compile this source so that people who cannot do it themselves do not start learning something.

I gave the community a code without errors, but I did not expect that there are people with so much experience in cabal files who cannot compile the code. WTF?

Please if you can't compile it, don't force yourself, just do what you can and don't post in this thread, all bug fixes that might have already been written in this thread

Seriously, I've been curious about your problem so I downloaded the source file and open it on visual studio 2022. It took only 3 seconds to compile it. In another way, the source file has no problem. Try to re-download again the source file then open it and don't change anything and follow the instruction carefully.

try update your windows sdk you may have different version from the source.

How should the compiled DLL be loaded correctly, I have no effect after loading, can anyone point me to it?

Only frm.dll is needed to work, other dll's don't need.
How to add dll to cabalmain is shown here

But the DM cannot be created. After entering the name and clicking Create, there is no response.
The SQL statement has been queried. Is it the relation of the database?
I am using Cabal titan oxi 9class 2022

I think the problem in cabal enc is related to things after character creation

the error you are having and because of the databases they are failing.
It's better to clear the dba and test again
