I did everything clearly according to the hook dll guide, but I just stopped running cabal, so in addition it is unclear what kind of program is used, like OllyDbg, but there are many different versions.

Use Noesis Model Viewer to view the UI files and search on another clients like...cabal titans or cabal desolation has them, im not sure, and just copy paste the files u need.
Also about the text, it's inside .encs files, check cabal_msg.enc or msg.enc should be somewhere there.
