Character not loading on rejoin

if i disconnect from the server, when i sign in again, the server gives me a new survivor instead of loading my previous survivorI'm new to the area, I'm trying to start a 1.07 server without steam, I'm using Smart Emu on the client and on the serverWould anyone know how to solve it?
