Character Processing Data

I am newbie..
Why i cant enter the game..I use Ep3 server..The Session,Login,Field,Agentserver are start connected OK..but when i log in my account it still processing data then after a few minutes it will Disconnected..anyone can fix this problem??:/:

i will try another database from ep3??

all DB is compatible were using 1 DB ep7 can use ep8 version
