Character Select Screen with no Char Models

As title say, i compile MatchServer, Gunz and all stuff in VS2010, but when i enter in character selection screen the character appears with no model, but inside game is normal.

I upload a screenshot, the gunz log shows nothing.

Somebody help me please, i check procedures em AsyncDBJob when getting char info, and is normal.
