Clan Error 58

Hello.
I got Clan Error 58
and im working with Operz clan files and Guide.
Please write any reason why, and ill try to fix it.

My server has like 350 Members ONLINE!
And without clan, that sux.

I wont keep it alive without clan.

Please help me with that error... =[

see in hotuk.ini ( server)
the clan ip... port...
and reinstall iis!! ( he is close )
error 58 =
" i cant find the clan server!"
