Client 4.7.5 Error & Authentication (6) Error

Friend can't launch his 4.7.5 NA client because he gets this 'Failed to initialize the game.' error:

He has windows 11, I have windows 10 - for me it works, not for him.
What could be the issue here? He's running through a bat file.
Any alternatives?
PS: If he runs the 32bit, he doesn't get any error, but the launch screen runs and closes.

Now we have another problem, when he tries to join the server he get's a 'no game server is available to authorizaiton (6)' error. Do you happen to know what that could be about? The server logs his auth and everything.

Hey, you were absolutely right. Here is the solution:
ipconfig.xml file IP must be changed to your HAMACHI IPV4 address if you want to play with Hamachi.

All thank Robyson, the absolute gigachad who comes in, writes 6 words and fixes all our problems.
