Looks like you're missing your Theme/English folder in your client? I don't know what client you're trying to use, but it's incomplete. But I also don't know if that would cause Neuz to crash, so you might have bigger issues beyond that.

Find a proper client, and if it's still crashing, then I can't help you any further.

im use Flyff_US_V19_20120710.exe
with Neuz.exe [ reshack ip edit and port ] just replace into client folder and run it

or maybe, if there is a problem when we use neuz.exe inappropriate?
