Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. are you sure use the exact client? if you user another client need to check the xor crypt and decrypt

He is probably using a wrong database; I've seen this before, the server pulls an exception somewhere while loading the information from the database.
